Grassroots Pantry

Rise and shine! It's our last day in Hong Kong and since morning we've been busy packing our stuffs and get prepared to check out. Me and my friends have different flights schedule, so after finished checking out they go to the airport while I stayed. This is my first time I'm alone in the city that I'm not familiar with. I'm so scared and almost decided to not go anywhere. I'm not a good map reader and I just scared to get lost, but it's always been my dream to explore a lot of things and not to wasted any time so I encourage myself to go and get lost. Thank God I arrived at Sai Ying Pun area safely.
I decided to go to Grassroots Pantry. This restaurant is already on my places that I have to visit list. I'm choosing this restaurant for my last stop because it has interesting concept and have a beautiful interior. Grassroots Pantry is a vegetarian restaurant serving wholesome organic food. I'm not a vegetarian, but I love eating healthy and they serve delicious healthy food. Not only delivering good food, Grassroots Pantry also pay attention to good hospitality and giving full restaurant experience to the customer.
From the moment I arrived at this place, I feel happy and proud of myself. I say to myself, "Hey, you make it without getting lost." I believe if our desire is greater than our fear, then we can make it as long as we try. When I arrived at Grassroots Pantry, this restaurant was still closed, so I took photo from the outside first. You can see green plants on the outside and some chairs for you to wait to be seated. Inside, you can see vintage furniture and cute decoration complementing the looks. Now Grassroots Pantry moves to their new home in Hollywood Road. This photo is the one taken in Fuk Sau Lane, but they closed this place already. Their new home is more clean lines, but their signature rustic and homey feel remains true in every corner.

I love that quotes at the end of the stairs that says "do one thing every day that scares you", that's exactly what you accomplish roaming to this place!
