The Coffee Academics
10:31 PM
Today is a really bright day in Hong Kong and it is really nice to stroll around this city early in morning. Sadly this is our last day in Hong Kong before we go back to our hometown tomorrow. Today we decide to go on separate group, me and Albert decided to go together to explore some areas in Hong Kong to take pictures and try a lot of foods.
First stop we went to Causeway Bay area. We decided to go to a coffee place first, because we haven't had our breakfast. We are planning to go to Unar Coffee Company, but we ended up at The Coffee Academics. I'm not good at reading maps and we don't have a GPS. We go around only by printed map that I googled before we go to Hong Kong and I didn't capture the directions properly so.. we got lost. But thank God we ended up at this place, because they served breakfast here.
As you can see from the name The Coffee Academics is a cafe that specialize in coffee. Every cup of coffee is unique and done with care to bring the experience alive. The cafe launched in 2012 and now they have five outlets in Hong Kong and soon to be open in Singapore.
The Coffee Academic offers breakfast menu, we ordered Academics Breakfast and Caesar Salad. The breakfast's okay, but the caesar salad is delicious. Albert is not a fan of vegetables, but he loves it. We have a good breakfast here and we're ready to explore Hong Kong!

I would love to visit this place, because it's totally what I love in coffee shops.
